The session will be 2 hours long, with time for instruction, experiene the tequnique, and time for rest at the end.  The actual breathing will only be an hour long. You will lay on your back and breath fully over the course of one hour. Combined with the gentle universal energy of reiki, you'll leave this event with a total energy reset.

Breathwork is an intensive healing session, and it is not recommended for individuals with the following health conditions:
